Becky and Lloyd

Becky and Lloyd’s wedding at Evesham Rugby Club in rural Gloucestershire had everything. For instance, there were groomsmen in Kilts, VW Camper-vans and blushing bridesmaids. Even jokes about odd-shaped balls in the best man’s speech!

Love of Sport

This couple met through a shared passion and love of sport – Lloyd being a rugby player and Becky a PE teacher. Moreover, the wedding took place on New Years Eve, exactly a year after the happy couple had got engaged. The reception was also at the Evesham Rugby Club where the engagement happened!

Lack of undergarments

Despite the cold weather, an amazing day was had by all*, the bridesmaids looked awesome in red dresses with blue fur scarves. Most importantly, this set off Becky’s dress to perfection. Sports club receptions that aren’t booked out for private hire are always a sight to behold. The suit and dress wearing congregation contrast with the regular clientele!
*except perhaps some of the groomsmen whose forced lack of undergarments left them a little chilly!
