Jade and Matt

Jade and Matt’s Tregenna Castle wedding was the day after Amy and Jamies’. In complete contrast, this wedding was a refined and sedate affair. That is to say, until the evening began! Tregenna Castle is the jewel in St Ives‘ crown. Indeed, it’s 72 acres boasts woodland walks and sub-tropical gardens alongisde 99 hotel rooms! Jade and Matt’s fairytale day took place on the Sunday of the August bank holiday weekend. The summer weather smiled upon our happy couple with some scorching sunshine!

Essex

One of the defining things about Jade and Matt’s Tregenna Castle Wedding, was the large contingent of Essexians*. Yep, if you include mums, dads, brothers, sisters, sons, dughters, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends, there were a fair few! Now I would have thought that with the certian reputation of the residents of the aforementioned English county, that there might have been a certain level of rowdiness? In fact, it was most of the most refined wedding ceremonies I have attended. However, once the evening entertainment began, I have to say that ‘Party Mode’ was achieved! With the help of Phaze 2 DJs, and Cornwall Entertainment’s Robot Selfie, the hype level was ratcheted up a notch or three!

Bride Squad

Let’s face it, at most weddings the bride is queen for the day. Whatever she wants, she gets. All eyes are on her, and she looks stunning. These facts ran true for Jade on this Tregenna Castle Wedding day. She was backed up by her Bride Squad! Yep, Jade’s team of dedicated bridesmaids ensured that everything ran smoothly. From pouring morning drinks to helping Jade put on her Dress, Bride Squad were on hand! Indeed, said dress was the centre of attention ost of the day. That is to say, especially when the entire Bride Squad took it upon themselves to flap it around in all it’s enormous-multi-layered-glory on the dance floor! The photo is in there somewhere!
