Tegen and Adam

Tegen and Adam’s wedding at The Rosevine was as relaxed as a day at the spa! In fact, I had to pinch myself at points through out the day to make sure I wasn’t dreaming. The Rosevine Hotel is tucked away on The Roseland Peninsula on Cornwall’s South Coast. It is set within a Georgian family house just a stone’s throw from the beach and the South West Coast Path. I would say that this place truly nestles amongst its subtropical gardens. But that probably doesn’t do it justice, it’s too relaxed to nestle. The summer weather kissed our happy couple with it’s warm sunshine.

Accessories

Tegen and Adam own a hair accessories business. Well I mean to say, Tegen runs it, as it’s called Tegen Accessories! Such a good boss is she, that her entire staff past and present were guests at the Rosevine wedding. Indeed they were all in attendance looking their colourful best. Each was sporting some kind of exotic claw, clip, pin or slide amongst their immaculate dos. Not to be outdone, Adam and his friends Alexx and James came with a strong accesory game of their own. Yup, their shoes stood out as probably the most smart at the wedding! Their high-end designer branded footwear matched Adam’s shiny brogues (freshly buffed with his shoe shine kit wedding present from his new wife!).

Hounds

Now I have been to a lot of weddings, but rarely have I seen as many attendees from the ‘Man’s Best Friend’ category. Moreover, these pooches weren’t just ordinary. They were draped in their own wedding finery! Adam’s mum (who was also the registrar) has a pair of Bassett hounds. Said animals were bestowed with their outfits, and brought out onto the lawn for post ceremony photos! They got to mingle with plenty of other dogs including Tegen’s mum’s sheepdog, a pair of spaniels and Digby, The Biggest Dog in the World *.
